 Spotted this this morning on my through the station... just a hurried snapshot, as security is rather anti-photography in this general area. Apparently, they're beginning the first phase of rough construction for the so-called "" on the ... I just hope I'm around when they sound the warning-horns so I can get shots of the blasting!
