Googlemaps tells me that this Hess gas station is at 504 W 44th St, New York, NY. As a matter of fact, the street-view in that link is practically the same shot I posted above; seems to be a popular spot for taxi cabs to hang out. Hell's Kitchen, Midtown Manhattan
