The subsequent bike journey that I have disclosed here, was embarked upon some time ago--roughly 3 months--in Albuquerque, New Mexico, U.S.A.!
These digital photographs capture the gargantuan monstrosity of the ditch system here, which, in itself, is a story all its own.
Through my journey, in order of appearance, I encountered: random chicken scratches of graffiti; a cement truck barreling down the bottom of the largest area of the ditch; sand moguls where embedded lay construction barrels and stagnate pools of green muck; a city-rainwater lake where ridden on the edge of the beach float cigarette butts, bottle caps, gas station...
