A CityNoise, we have developed an affinity for neglect places and things. Which makes the high line a little annoying. (Read more here: www.thehighline.org/about/faq Its the talk of NYC this week. There are even limits on the amount of people that can go on it at one time But its not really that crowded--least not at 9AM on a cloudy Sunday morning! Its not urban decay, its not neglected. And not, its certainly not urbex--not urbex lite even! But for those who cast dispersions at this: Its a park for goodness sakes--albeit a post-industrial take on the concept of constructed nature....
