Wondering why the males in my office had their faces plastered to the window, I discovered a small PETA demonstration in front of the Hilton Bonaventure.
While I am against the senseless killing of animals for fashion (amongst other reasons), I have historically found the PETA demonstrations too disturbing to appreciate their message. However this one was cute, and many people actually stopped and chatted with some of the protesters rather than scuttling away with averted faces.
