The Newark Street Jail was built in 1837. Renamed the Essex County Jail Complex when several
additional structures were constructed, it remains Essex County, New Jersey's oldest
standing municipal building.

i shot this last year some time . it sat in my archives til i found it digging around a few months ago. then i edited it, and forgot about it for a few more months. found it...
