This is the building that originally sparked my love for loft warehouses. Since 1988, I've lusted to live in this building in the Chelsea part of New York City . As of 2001 (the last time I saw anything available in this building), the ginormous spaces were renting for less than $1 a square foot. Not zoned for living, though... heh. more here
I also spotted this 1965 Chevy El Camino parked out front... I had to work fast to snag this shot,...
