Painted "My Building", acrylic on canvas, during the 1990s, to represent many of the brownstones and classical buildings scattered throughout Brooklyn and the people living in them. Each window is dedicated to a different friend and I'm supposed to be the boy with the kite. It was also exhibited at the CIGE (Chinese International Gallery Exposition), Beijing, 2005. The painting is now part of a private collection in Switzerland.

The tenants of this building in recent years has been primarily artists, including myself. Airlines Terminal Building

From 1904 to 1908 the 22 storey Belmont Hotel stood on 42nd across from Grand Central Terminal. In the late 1920s plans were made to construct an 85 storey skyscraper but the stock market crash and subsequent depression resulted only in an empty lot. In order to pay taxes on the property against the day the economy picked up it was contrived to take advantage of the central location to constuct a city terminal for airlines serving New York City.
