After first learning about Parkour from Citynoise, it's only fair that
I post this Parkour sighting on the PATH train here...
Traceur is a synonym for Parkour
They proceeded to engage in such antics all the way from Newark to
the WTC station in Manhattan, much to the delight of the otherwise
tired, drunk or bored riders of the midnight Friday evening train into
the city...

I took this photo in the late 1980s from the walkway on the Williamsburg Bridge with my full manual Pentax K1000 35mm. I remember when I took it it was cold and I don't think that I saw anyone else up there. Even from that distance the WTC looked huge and at that time there were not as many tall buildings around it. I never imagined that about a dozen years later I would be digging on a pile that was only a few stories...

Each day, I commute through the World Trade Center site to connect from the subway to the Port Authority Trans-Hudson (PATH) train...
