Experimenting in Infrared

A stray shot I took for my first photography assignment this year. In the background is one of University buildings. I wanted to see how glass turned out in infrared. Interestingly, water in its solid state (puddles, lakes, rivers etc.) turns black yet clouds (water in vapourous state) turn white. Pentax K200D. 15 second exposure. Infrared photography
