Comments about stencileThere are 6 comments about "stencile"
Peter: {suydam} between {wilson} and {knickerbocker}... you know, just in case you didnt see the street name and number stenciled on the first garbage can, nor it being reiterated in the text under said photo...... ehsohz: Thx to all all those who posted recepies! Im a stenciler and was curious about putting up huge pieces and wheat paste or variations there off was a mystery to me...... Moebius Rex: That's funny--I've got a pic I took out here in SF's Mission district of the stenciled phrase LIVE TO LOVE right next to POST NO BILLS; I thought they made a nice juxtaposition (wouldn't it...... Peter caine: I think that makes sense, but words or the writen word is not a true visual language. A topigraphical map, or a road map, Yes. Words are differnt. Words when writen only mean one thing...... Peter: i really wish i could have gotten further into the site, as opposed to just snapping a few shots from the other side of the fence. you cant really tell in teh photos, but there...... jamie: I really like that last one. that's some real Maori shit right there. Also i like the little stenciled guy on the right. Is it Bill Cosby?...
