Jamie: It seems inevitable really, which is why I'm surprised by the introduction of the abovepictured booths. I really don't remember the last time i saw someone use a payphone.. and you never see those "British"......

chiamattt: there is a phone vending machine at work! I have only ever seen a couple of them. I think they must have been popular in the days when delivery drivers didn't have handphones to call......

jeeff: actually i did that when i worked at the cn tower. sometimes we had to go stand in the lobby for hours at a time. it was boring and there were payphones nearby.......
