Since this apartment building was destroyed earlier in the summer and its residents displaced, the empty balconies have allowed it to become an empty canvass for graffiti writers.

Wow, what a great image! It would be a great thing if some writters could come by and do some nice end to end pieces on each level. What happened to that buildind anyway? How was it destroyed and what became of the residents?
