Ducks in the Pool!
[previous] :: [next]Time to have the pool cleaned out! I wonder if I can find my Duck a l'Orange recipe! This article has been viewed 2837 times in the last 2 years E. Lagasse: 20th May 2006 - 14:41 GMT2 ducks Remove all fat from duck including small glands at base of neck. Wash inside and out. Place neck, gizzard and heart in 4 cups water and cook slowly to make duck bouillon. Peel oranges and place peels inside duck and roast at 375 degrees for time as indicated by weight on package. (About 3 hours average.) Grange: 20th May 2006 - 19:51 GMTPlace head on plate so as to add that artistic flavor .Serve with chilled bottle of baby duck .....
Sticky: 9th Jun 2006 - 23:50 GMTWe've had an almost identical pair of ducks move into our pool in the past few days! We are in Southern Cal. and the pool in no way resembles a pond as does the one in the picture, it's crazy.
