you want to know more about robert schumann? read this - www.geocities.com/Athens/Rhodes/9533/barthes.html This article has been viewed 2757 times in the last 3 years Anonymous (user-12lmcka.cable.mindspring.com): 12th Sep 2005 - 00:06 GMTSchumann looks pretty good fer a chew toy! :)
elaine: 12th Sep 2005 - 08:01 GMTthat link was schrodinger's cat btw - which was meant to be relevant to the cats, but whch of course is not really, as it is about quantum mechanics, though i can only really read it as an existentialist poem about cats. cats and dogs both make good existentialists, but they have different styles. just because a dog chews schumann doesn't mean he has anything against him, and just because the cats don't doesn't mean they don't. schumann has most in common with the cat since in the barthesian way he is both dead and alive. Peter: 12th Sep 2005 - 16:06 GMTmmmmm, chocolate schrodinger.... also. look what the goo dragged in on this entry: weirdness. joey: 13th Sep 2005 - 02:09 GMTpeter - is that a picture of the citynoise server, ha, ha. btw the upgraded graphics on the site are nice. joey: 13th Sep 2005 - 02:16 GMTour new cat, mae be, keeps on knocking schumann off the ledge, but does not chew on him ian: 13th Sep 2005 - 22:30 GMTNo, Schroedinger's Cat really is about cats. I own two of them, myself. Sometimes I hear something rustling in the other room, that I can't see. The fact is, that the sound I heard is the superposition of the two probabilities that either cat committed the offense. It does not collapse into a single value, thereby implicating a single cat, until I go into the other room and observe exactly which cat knocked over the vase. Again.
