I'm going to indulge in some nostalgia. One year ago I got on a plane with my friend and we headed to her home town, St Petersburg, where we stayed for the month of August. As there are very few photos of this distinct and beautiful city, I thought I'd add some of my favourites. A favourite spot amongst tourists, Isaac's Cathedral is look-out point for those keen enough to climb the very narrow staircase for about 8 minutes.
