A strange girl grabbed my ass a couple of weeks ago.
My Lady and I went to see this band Bison play at a bar in Philly. We know a couple of the guys in the band, so we stuck around after the show to talk and drink.
After a pitcher or two of Yuengling, this girl came up to our group. Let’s call her Patty, because that’s her name. We were hanging out near the jukebox and Patty wanted to pick a few songs.  taking this photo made me think about transience
i mean, here i was, staying in an unoccupied room where the lights don't work in a vast building with the massive ventilation turbines right under my window making it feel like the inside of some vast machine, like an abandoned space station maybe, setting my alarm for 7:30am to depart ahead of the cleaning staff, peering out through the blinds to take a photo of an office park, as deserted as the moon, through the rain and dirty glass
