Enduro Racingauthor: jeeff : Delaware, ON | Enduro Racingauthor: jeeff : Delaware, ON this one probably qualifies as ruralnoise. i was in my hometown over the weekend and got a chance to watch an enduro car race at the Delaware_Speedway, "birthplace of CASCAR". enduro racing is like a mixture of stock car racing and demolition derbies. it's an endurance race, where the emphasis is on "staying out and making as many laps as possible" of the 250. (see wikipedia link above) races usually involve a number of spin-outs and crashes, with immobilized cars pulled off the track only if they pose a danger to the driver, or the drivers... |
