i recall a few years ago. just after sunset. 19th street at franklin street in downtown oakland.1999
i could not get them out of my mind. they have haunted me since i found them in a book and print shop in new york city in 1981. the store was on 9th street i think. i call them the posturban mods. these fellows, without names, only numbers, became for me an artist's inspiration of how creative life could be ..members.aol.com/joeyknow/jk14.html ..others too were inspired to sing their tune as well
