I was almost born in Chicago. And while I made the above image, I thought about the two times I vaguely experienced Chicago. The first time was this past August, driving out to San Fran in a blur. Lets just say I left NYC before dawn, and hit the south-side during the most terrible evening rush-hour traffic screening over one of the most lovely midwestern sunsets I've ever seen.
