1. Littering is not cool. But calling the guy a polluter? Come on people, this is Kensington Market, not an old-growth forest. It's pretty dirty and unnatural......
Littering is not littering: throwning (or throwing) food is not littering? I guess you probably think that throwing a cup out the window isn't littering either since someone would have picked it up eventually. How about throwing pop cans......
throwning food is not littering: I throw out food all the time. I'll throw out banana peels, apple cores even orange peels. This guy just threw out a hamburger patty...big deal, a bird probably would have scooped it a couple......
Ash: Food on the street: biodegradable. Food on the street in a paper bag: messy litter. Food on the car seat: messy. Food in a paper bag on the car seat: chill out......
Juggle: I don't consider throwing out small portions of food to be littering. The food will be consumed by bugs, birds and animals in a matter of hours. I'm sure they will appreciate it.......
smarty pants: I can't believe some of the responses I'm reading here. People telling her she should'nt have thrown the food back in his vehicle. Fuck that, apathy is a form of laziness and not caring.

According to this thread, his throwing something (coffee) at her is assault, but her throwing something at him (which was done FIRST, btw) is not.
His initial offense of littering......
broken: Of course she did something wrong, throwing food back in his car is just as wrong as him throwing it out, it's just as much assault as throwing coffee ( ie, throwing anything at someone......
