I was doing the Seattle to Portland bike ride two weekends ago and one of the towns on the second day had what they claimed was the worlds largest...... aer suzuki: Wasn't sure what that silver thing was when I posted, but just did a quick search and found these links:

As for the wires, my guess is they're for electric busses. They had trolleys up there...... aer suzuki: Chris : Yeah the Needle's in a whole seperate neighborhood, apart from downtown, called Queen Anne. Doesn't necessarily mean much considering you have to have a seperate neighborhood/area name every two blocks or so in...... colavitos ghost: that last one is straight nasty! was seattle on that list of world's greatest skylines? if not, i say put it on there.... aer suzuki: far, far sexier than a seattle metro bus, look at those way cool headlights, and you can't go wrong with blue and white.
seattle busses are painted up whores. really, they're putting huge garish advertisments...... aer suzuki: this is in seattle? where? very cool photos. usually these hybrid color/black-and-white photos don't work for me for some reason, too gimmicky or something. but these are fantastic shots.... aer suzuki: nice photos, we so rarely get fog here, you'd think a rainy port town like Seattle would get more...and we never get blood rain.... aer suzuki: Yeah I don't get it.
