The graffiti scene up in Dallas is pretty much all the same.

Pointe-Saint-Charles, east of Verdun, is historically Irish, and today is a mixed community where English is not a problem.
Ville-Emard, to the north of Verdun, has...... little ukraine: kc- some of it looked like chalk, and other parts looked like paint, or some material more difficult to remove - a friend and i theorized that the 4 who were arrested for disorderly conduct...... elaine: perhaps citynoise is being credited with some political power... it is a common mistake, one i have made myself, and try to keep in check, to think that the people of a country are in...... karma: its all about the pwoers that be going on a power trip. they think graffiti is subversive, possibly. they see it as a sector where they are losing power over their soverign domain.
