i think 'peg has better skyline, it should be on the list, maybe at number 9 or 10...
but for me, calgary should be at number 1 and toronto...... does it matter?: If you view Winnipeg from the south, so that Osborne Village is to your left and Fort Garry Plaza is to your right, you can see Winnipeg from a much more complimentary angle.
