Its a hand written rambling note about the Sex Pistols calling the mueseum a "piss stain".
There was some pettitioning and a USA today poll that helped locate the hall.

I chose Cleveland so that I could go to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame -...... little ukraine: I once heard that from above, the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame is designed to look like a record player. Personally, after a visit to wikimapia, I was not impressed.

ok it is or there is a rather small sence of artistic creativeness. but its their names they are promoting. because their families probably did not pay any attention...... joey: i remember when i was a kid the 9th street pier in cleveland used to look like this every now and then. lake erie rushing through the railings. but no more-the old 9th street pier...... jeeff: in fact that reminds me of a spot here in toronto i call the 'bad graffiti hall of fame'. it's an ultra-secluded spot way back in a maze of alleys near the university campus.......
