Once the city mails/gives you a letter stating that there is graffiti on your building, you have X number of days to remove it before they...... Bamboo Graffiti - Hermann Park, Japanese Gardens, Houston, Tx.... ian: Pearlander: I'm assuming you're from Pearland, so you might know as well as I do that Houston has almost no graffiti, anywhere. It's really eerie. Nothing is tagged. Art, here, has finally died....
