below is a link to a satellite photo of that block... you can see the {carroll} street {footbridge} on the left, and...... Andy: This bridge is called "Hungerford Bridge". I think it is because of the Monet painting called "Charing Cross Bridge" that the confusion arises. Even the footbridges to either side are officially the "Golden Jubilee Bridges"...... Peter: wow, eg, what stories.
and... for what its worth... i, also, have been turned back by the {rcmp} at the {windsor}/{detroit} footbridge. actually, the exact statement was "go back to america!" due to my expired ID/info.
