joey: there was a ravine in my old cleveland heights neighborhood. we lived on stoneleigh road then. the ravine went behind the ge nela park dump. so we would sneak in the dump through a hole...... joey: i see the croucher, too - looks like buddha. you know joey. i love reflections. great shot.
you can even see the fluorescent lights through the glass facade.... EvilGentleman: The smashed windows were the least of their worries. I drove by again late this afternoon, and here is the aftermath:

The appliance store was totally destroyed, and I imagine the stores on either side of...... EvilGentleman: I remember playing with fluorescent light bulbs as a teenager, usually in mock swordfights. Man, those things make a mess when they impact each other that way.... jeeff: right after highschool i worked in a warehouse with a slightly crazy gap-toothed man who was terrified of fluorescent lights. particularly, he was scared of the gases inside making him go blind. one day...... joey: when i was a kid we lived near a general electric lamp testing facility called, nela park. anyway one part of the dump was filled with fluorescent lamp tubes. somedays we would spend hours breaking...... Peter: totally. my favorite is when theres a bin full of discarded fluorescent lamp tubes... muahahaha!... Peter: yep, that thing was backlit with rods of fluorescent lighting. bad combo with camphone... i have another shot too, but i cant get it off my phone for some reason. hmm.... jeeff: all the old orange 'school crossing' signs around here also got changed to fluorescent yellow. they sure stand out....
