Laura : Love them! When I lived in Ireland I was suprised at how lanterns were standard lighting in my apartment. They were white, though, not colored. I thought they were such a nicer option than bulbous......

jeeff: i like fire escapes. they're one of my favourite fixtures of nyc architecture and i really miss them on more modern buildings. they're like the building's exoskeleton.
