Its NOT just Kensignton that took a turn for the worst in the area.
I grew up in the late 70s and 80s in Port Richmond. The neighbors would sit...... Kensington H,S, Vice President: Cold Case does take place in Philadelphia. And the main girl detective (blond haired - is that Lilly Rush ?) is suppose to come from Fishtown.... serlingrod: Standard Tap is great - the same owners operate Johnny Brenda's up in Fishtown. There definitely is a development gap between Old City and Northern Liberties though, with I-95 running along the waterfront and 676...... Emily: I smiled to see a posting here with a pic of York and Emerald -- the same site I see outside my bedroom window every day. Things here aren't great but they're definitely moving......
