FEM: Wouldn't you think that Cicero Avenue at the Stevenson Expressway going South towards Midway Airport be cleaned up and looking better for our out-of-towners who come to visit. What a first impression, Shame on...... EvilGentleman: Wow! Just wow! Great post, TK.
As far as the "20/20 hindsight" inspections of other structures **after** the collapse goes, we have the same thing happening here.
After the overpass collapse that killed 5 people in September...... EvilGentleman: Yay, I see from the tire tracks in the snow that they finally reopened the road there! It was closed for quite a while while they did tests to ensure it would not collapse into...... nuclearrabbit33: Seems some people have the Robert Taylor homes and Cabrini mixed up. I'd rather be lost in Cabrini any day.... sOra: i think toronto is amazing city with beautiful views. take a drive going eastbound on the gardiner expressway... such a pretty view of our skyline. ... little ukraine: the cantilevered section of the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway:

EvilGentleman: LOL, fair enough, since you encounter Decarie daily and I encounter Cote-de-Liesse daily. In all honesty, I usually hate the Decarie Expressway more, but today was special. At one point, I moved 3 metres in...... EvilGentleman: Oh yeah? Try the Cote-de-Liesse Expressway. I was stuck in it for an hour and 35 minutes this afternoon.
[[img:15631]]... EvilGentleman: You will love the rest of the stuff in that park. I'll try to remember to post it tomorrow. It is located on Rene Levesque Boulevard between Saint-Marc and du Fort Streets, with the westbound...... EvilGentleman: Actually, the park they have across the street also has a chair theme that has been there for years, with the two sculptures closest to the on and off ramps for the ville marie expressway...... EvilGentleman: Banks in NDG tend to get robbed a lot, so they prefer to keep their glass clean. Had you been running with a money bag when you hit the glass, you would have wound up...... EvilGentleman: To my way of thinking, graffiti should be both encouraged and it's location controlled within reason, with penalties for those who put graffiti in places where it has no business being.
