Located at the corner of Provost and 11th Avenue in the borough of Lachine is this Kentucky Fried Chicken franchise, with its original signage still intact. Most of them have the modernised KFC (PFK in Quebec) signage.
The bucket sign is getting harder and harder to find these days, as well. This one may be rusty, but at least it still stands.

There was a time when Danforth Avenue was synonymous to Souvlaki and Greeks. It may still be. But Greektown is but a small portion of Danforth Avenue and the other areas are developing. Apart from the Greektown Business Improvement Association (BIA) which is from Jones to Chester, there are two other BIA's that I discovered on my walk today from Victoria Park to Broadview: Danforth Village BIA (Victoria Park to Greenwood) and Danforth BIA (Chester to Broadview). I wonder if there is another BIA from Greenwood to Jones?
Danforth Avenue boasts a wide variety of restaurants offering cuisine from all over...

While in Seattle, I had the pleasure of feasting on plenty of Pho, and really enjoyed it; somehow I managed to never get around to having any here in NYC. Apparently, Seattle's a bit famous for it, so here are an assortment of random Pho places I passed while there... Feel free to add your own, or comments about these places, as I'd like to know which places to specifically check out (or avoid?) next time I'm in
