This is the north entrance to the Freedom Tunnel, on the west side of Manhattan in Harlem. Banksy Work Painted Over by Islington Council?

Soon after Banksy’s latest work appeared on a North London street, conscientious workers from Islington Council obliterated it, by whitewashing the offending wall.
