Well, I'm not sure if it was Cuba or not. It depends on whether reserved diplomatic parking spots on the city streets are accorded the same diplomatic status as the consular buildings are. My radiator was replaced the other day, and it turned out that the old hose connecting the transmission fluid line to the radiator had worn out on the inside, so when it was reinstalled on the new radiator, it was extremely weak. When the car was returned to me, I was driving on Decarie, heading towards Cote St Luc, when all of a sudden, there was fluid spraying...
