So let's see, it's a New York City street cart that's from a company in Miami and the cart is in Springfield.
If I'm not mistaken the guy who runs this cart was beaten and/or robbed earlier this year at this spot. I don't think it's always stored here as I don't recall ever seeing it or anybody running a cart anywhere else downtown, but I'm not usually downtown during the day on weekdays.
