Canada the first two might have been advertisements.. im not sure but the placement and the very obvious stencils promoting the new gorrilaz album that was just above them made me think the scene was scripted the city is visually clean aside from the fact that the border guard told me i was lucky to come back with my car in one piece, seems hondas tend to go missing up there. even if the lack of graf an trash makes the illusion of saftey in a big city possible
