About 6 weeks ago they had removed the median and then they started painting these lines on the road and using their transits getting very particular about where things are.
Then they started building these Evil Kenevil ramps (we think they're forms.) Mother nature doesn't care if your building something so the snow is slowing them down.
and then they started putting sides and "ends" on them
This is the view out my window at work.
and if you've been paying attention to the other posts you would have seen these two buildings in the background. Not anymore, they took them out...
