Previous Day :: Next Day

EvilGentleman: I just joined VampireFreaks.com last night. So far, I must say, everyone I have had contact with has either very friendly or indifferent. Not a very hostile website, if you ask me. They seem very welcoming to people like myself, who are not even part of their scene. I have...

in response to Murder at Dawson College

EvilGentleman: Are those cows of pictures of cows in the 4th picture? And I prefer your pictures full-size, although some of them are cropped a little long, but I suspect you are serious about retaining the composition in thirds where possible. This is probably a pretty good compromise between what you...

in response to Sinsa Dong

EvilGentleman: Picture the same mist at night, with the ravens calling, and then the black cat runs by. You hear a sound behind you like faintly rattling chains, accompanied by a distant wailing, and then a faraway horse galloping, coming closer, closer, ever closer. Finally, it sounds like the horse is...

in response to Mist at Ely Cathedral

EvilGentleman: Bee-yoo-tee-full! If only it was a bit larger...

in response to The Last Bird

EvilGentleman: Honest, I tried to return them, but someone photoshopped out the phone number.

in response to Lost Toys

EvilGentleman: Every photo here is a gift, Thank you. I am especially curious about the stacked backhoe scoops. A very interesting way to stack them, but for the life of me, I cannot figure out a logical reason why anyone would wish to do such a thing, considering how hard it must...

in response to Jury Duty

EvilGentleman: I am innocent. Innocent, I tell you. Hence, my pseudonym.

in response to Everything Looks Perfect from Far Away

EvilGentleman: Didn't one of the Trudeau boys die in a skiing accident a few years back?

in response to I Left My Transmission Fluid in Cuba

joey: do you remember the cleveland of your youth? pulling into public square on the rapid transit from windemere. the cavernous hall of the terminal tower were filled with office workers and shoppers. those were the days. thanks for the excurion. btw; i like your refelection photos a lot.

in response to Jury Duty

procyon: The sign was down, tape included, when I passed there this afternoon, so presumably (a) they found it! Hooray! (b) some hipster stole it or (c) CTA took it down.

in response to Lost Toys

Susannah: No need to get surly!

in response to Lost Toys

Susannah: Ow WOW - thanks so much! A feast for the eyes.

in response to Mist at Ely Cathedral

chiamattt: there is a phone vending machine at work! I have only ever seen a couple of them. I think they must have been popular in the days when delivery drivers didn't have handphones to call and find out where a specific place was or where they were to go next....

in response to Chungmuro and Euljiro

aer suzuki: exactly the kind of thing i love to see. the 2nd & 3rd are especially cool, thanks for posting.

in response to Mist at Ely Cathedral

irwin: Asheville is nice. The old architecture from the twenties is something to behold. I especially like the way they have kept the old because that city has seen a spike in population in the last ten years. NC is definitely not bland!

in response to Asheville Alleys

Susannah: By the way they are very nice pictures and I'm glad Frederick is back safe and sound.

in response to Everything Looks Perfect from Far Away

Michelle: Great photos! That first one I particularly like!

in response to Mist at Ely Cathedral

Grange: One of the boys is a writer and has been published in macleans a few times .He also is involved in other world issues . The other Trudeau? Got me But on similar subject . Isnt it funny that Mr Trudeau's sons are well involved in social issues ,...

in response to Mist at Ely Cathedral

Andrew Smith: Here's another couple of Irlam Locks

in response to Irlam, Manchester

David: Asheville is neat, but you've got to know where to look. For the most part its retired, croc wearing bourgeois wads and tourists.

in response to Asheville Alleys

Tyfoid Kid: Very nice. I like all the static shots of the mist and the buildings and then you toss in the cat on the run.

in response to Mist at Ely Cathedral

Peter: pink !

in response to Sinsa Dong

Susannah: Sir Evil derailed it with his version of "It's a Wonderful Life" - and of course I, being the ever wide-eyed housewife, took the bait and ran with it.

in response to Everything Looks Perfect from Far Away

Surely Jones: $100 reward and the trouble of putting up a poster?! Maybe they are stuffed with drugs. (Who knew there was a Hyde Park in Chicago?)

in response to Lost Toys

in response to Chungmuro and Euljiro

Paul Standrill: I was asked by John Stanley (Stan the man)if i could put this photo on the Barnoldswick site with the hope that someone out there could shed some light on it. It as come from his late father-in-laws estate, Mr. James McKechnie, Kerris and Heather's father. We gather that it's Townhead, but...

in response to Barnoldswick

Scott: It will be a very beautiful structure, just hope the Novus Ordo mass isn't said in it. It seems more suited to the Traditional Mass~

in response to Don Justo\'s Self Built Cathedral

EvilGentleman: Actually, what burned the whole image of Castro at Trudeau's funeral into my mind were the clips of a smiling Fidel Castro having a cheerful conversation with Jimmy Carter. The rest, I really had no clue, to be honest. Although I remember that Trudeau's son gave an inspiring, emotional speech...

in response to I Left My Transmission Fluid in Cuba

in response to JA: A True NYC King

EvilGentleman: I'm not 100% sure, but I believe Castro has been to this office. He was in Montreal for the funeral of his friend, former Canadian Prime Minister Pierre Elliott Trudeau in 2000. I can't imagine a head of state visiting a foreign city for an official function and not visiting...

in response to I Left My Transmission Fluid in Cuba

Carol: Bay Girl: where can you buy ammonia? I went to Home Depot and they said they don't sell it anymore. Furthermore, regarding ringworm, some kids have developed serious neurological problems and have even died from contact(ingesting) with racoon worms/larvae. The larvae remains dormant for years in soil. And, once...
