in response to Queens Graffitti

jeeff: ha, don't get all paranoid. remember, this site exists as an open forum because of the efforts of the admins, and i know that it's not easy to keep up with the spam/trolling/hacking attempts that citynoise attracts. i see no reason why they'd be interested in censoring legitimate...

in response to Humboldt Park

Catherine Penfold-Waxman: I ain't knocking tourists, but if you need to get from A to B walking or in a car, you never go through Times Square. If your destination is Times Square, then that's a different story. It can be beautiful and exciting. It's also good for recharging yourself by seeing...

in response to Times Square

adam: its like rotoscoping in real life. love it

in response to Horse Sculptures

Balloonhedz: I think its got something to do with it being full of tourists which is a lot of bull. We'd be in deep shit financially without those people even if they CAN be a pain in the ass.

in response to Times Square

craig: P.S. there's another empty seat in the 2nd picture :)

in response to All Aboard the Manhattan-bound PATH Train!

Wide Eye: Ok, my math was bad, you replied in three hours.

in response to Humboldt Park

Wide Eye: I want to say that I appreciate your response to my concerns, . I understand that it is possible that there are computer errors. It is just very odd that my post disappeared after it definitely was posted for at least a day. The other odd...

hool: hey ian, i love these photos, thanks for taking the time to scan them. scanning sucks, it's tedious and tempermental, so i appreciate your efforts.

in response to Dallas Graffiti Like What!

Kon: Looking forward to seeing more stuff.

in response to Tokyo, 1978

ian: I've really improved the quality of the scanning, unfortunately, this photo doesn't show it because it was too degraded to begin with. Anyway, I have some really killer stuff lined up that I've managed to scan at much better quality. How about some mesoamerican citynoise? Palenque, Tenochtitlan, Chichen-Itza.. :)

in response to Tokyo, 1978

Kon: ??? A bad influence? What is a good belief to instill in the youth, if not hatred of a powerful, ignorant, thieving tyrant? The language is nothing.
