groovehouse: Lovely!

in response to Orange and Blue

Catherine Penfold-Waxman: I took the sugar skulls to a halloween party where several people nibbled them. I also made this cake. Yes it is a cake. A cat litter cake. I cheated somewhat and used two squarish cakes and crumbled shortbread cookies on it. Then I heated tootsie rolls and molded them...

in response to Sugar Skulls

in response to Decarie Hot Dogs

hool: we had guinea hens at our home in the country. i hated them. they have a stuttering, shrieking call that rolls on forever at about 120dB. it sounds like a cross between an air raid siren and a car trying to start.

in response to Untitled

elaine: seems to me that snacks are wasted on the dead, but what do i know? if i was dead and could eat snacks i would be chuffed to bits that someone brought me sweets instead of flowers.

in response to Sugar Skulls

Biff: They eat mosquitos. You are very fortunate that they are also beautiful too. We used to call them Darning Needles, the legend was that they would sew up your mouth if you blasphemed...Biff

in response to At My Pool

elaine: and are you in london just now, or are these from your archive?

in response to Millennium Bridge

jeeff: why's it called a go away bird?

in response to From My Back Door

in response to Myeong Dong

Roy Carrol : I know Colm, he lives near the castle!

in response to Enniskillen

Danny Cassidy: Enniskillen looks like a great place. does anyone know Colm? he is a legend who works for GE Money in Leeds. He would be upset with all the traffic, people should ride bikes.
