Previous Day :: Next Dayvz: to photograph something, even something abject, is to aestheticize it kc: nice, that mix of blurriness and focus. Enjoyed that kid's smile in #2. I watched a guy on the subway last night carefully adjusting his jacket to reveal his t-shirt, which said Simon Says You Suck. I didn't know if it was a Special Outfit or Everydaywear. Was Halloween always... kc: great title. although as you look at them the objects begin to seem weirdly festive...the blue and the red, or the way the paint on that bucket in the second somehow manages to create an illusion of glitteryness, as if it were aluminum foil... Catherine Penfold-Waxman: Hello Mum, just because we only had old pennies to suck on doesn't mean that other children shouldn't enjoy themselves. This is America! It's more delicious here. If you hadn't made us sweep chimneys, Ian and I would have known the wonder of chocolate. Is it too late to have... Catherine Penfold-Waxman: Thank you! Stripes and dots do go together, whatever Trinny and Suzannah say. maitreD: Wow Banksy in Birmingham, where abouts is it? i'd love to go and see it for real! sincere: nice kat: LOL, I can't tell you how many times I've run across a dead weave in the road. Kato: Very nice pictures again but I'm still out on children demanding "gifts" What kind of education is this for them ?
Message is from Greece elaine: here's one just for you, then -
Catherine Penfold-Waxman: Ahhh, rubbish bins (instead of garbage cans) how I miss them...
I like the texture of the concrete. It has little divots, like mini rugby players have run over it. Toots : its comforting to know that the shadows return at the same tiem every day...He he he same time every day DO'H"!!!!! Toots : Do'h woody? one less wanker to spoil a nice town and give you wankers a hard on. God you really are a bunch of sad fcuks. If any of you ever grow up you will understand. Not much chance EH? Toots : And your past is blackend by your igronance! elaine: hee hee, yeah
Catherine Penfold-Waxman: Day of the Dead Hair. Return of the Dead Hair. Land of the Dead Hair. And best of all, Dawn of the Dead Hair.
Nice pic's, Elaine. Very day-after-Halloween. Catherine Penfold-Waxman: Yay, Frank! They look brilliant (in every sense of the word). Now we'll have to see about posting the other thousand graffitti pictures you have. 561Damage: just writing to say the hurricane f*ked up Lake Worth and all palm Beach county. at least the the graff didn't fall off the walls. werd up ICEMSG adam: makes me wanna learn how to use my fstop and shutter speeds properly :) Dom: Washington Cemetary is indeed quite far from Ave X...I used to work at the Shoprite on McDonald & I...and if I rode by bike, I'd ride along Bay Parkway past the cemetary to McDonald Ave and then McDonald down to Ave I. It was creepy at night, even waiting for... fuzzytank: ninja breath control
keeee-aight StripesA4: thats gotta be fake
StripesA4: england is a tag artist from BK joey: this truck is most probably full of shit. i wouldn't want to be around when they empty it. lauren: i'm in love with this photograph. thank you. my new band name might have to be carlo's flat fixed. Previous Day :: Next Day |
