in response to Humboldt Park

Catherine Penfold-Waxman: Grant, I was trying to find out what happened too, but have so far been thwarted. While I never allow myself to feel victimized (why give someone the power?) I am constantly amazed by how many men get their jollies at the expense of women on the train. I find...

Grant NYC: Does anyone know the outcome of Dan Hoyt's case? Last I read, he was making flippant statements of his act being a misdemeanor. I know it's been written before, but I'd like to once again praise Ms. Nguyen for her quick thinking. Also, for the apologists that think this...

in response to Foggy Day on Lex

jeeff: ps. no offense to the average christian, i define 'biblethumper' narrowly as a christian who doesn't respect the beliefs of others.

in response to Humboldt Park

Catherine Penfold-Waxman: I suppose that vulva would be more technically correct.

in response to Foggy Day on Lex

Catherine Penfold-Waxman: The Chrysler is absolutely a girl, even with all the motor motifs. In fact, she has decorations that look like vaginas (heehee! I said vagina!).

in response to Foggy Day on Lex

elaine: kewel!

in response to Wherefore ART Thou, Ellis?

Nairi: thanks peter.

in response to stickers

Catherine Penfold-Waxman: It looks like the ranger is standing on the back of a very large (and presumably old) tortoise, like the one in this article: news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/world/asia-pacific/4438448.stm Very cool shot.

in response to col1219

Catherine Penfold-Waxman: Then we'd better have a balance of gas-powered cars and smog-powered cars. All driven by star-bellied sneetches and plain-bellied sneetches.

in response to US Smog & Gas

Jamie: if cars ran on smog though, would they still produce smog? if not thn they'd quickly use up all the natural suplies of smog and cease to function.

in response to US Smog & Gas

Catherine Penfold-Waxman: Wouldn't it be cool if cars did run on smog. That way, they could clear up the atmosphere and maybe even reverse global warming. Great picture, by the way. And very thought provoking.

in response to US Smog & Gas

Editor:: sorry. any coment which pointedly calls someone a "nigger" will be deleted. whether intended as spoofing or not, its just not cool. and its definitely not intelligent.

indykid: Went through New Cross a few weeks ago on the way to Waterloo East, think someone had thrown themselves under a train. There was huge delays, a lot of Ambulances, and a group of concerned police peering over the edge of one of the platforms.

sally: i would paint that cobble red. scrape off the gum and paint it red one night. lacquer it so it stays that way forever

in response to Hangman\'s Alley

elaine: hee hee, that would cheer up new cross no end. it's one of those places which is fine once you get off the main roads, but the traffic is relentlessly heavy, and certainly if you are going to goldsmiths from either of the stations it's all about navigating those roads....
