Marc: BJ my guess is the 50s, when Hatley developed the area. Check out "Eanes: Portrait of a Community" by Linda Vance- it came out in 86, contains lots of interviews. I think they have a copy of it at the Eanes History Center, at Eanes Elementary (open by appointment) so...
