But the title of this article refers to the city skylines, and... well, there's no nice way to put this, but saying Winnipeg looks better than Vancouver? Are you nuts? I've been to both cities, there is no comparision. I will... jack: guten tag, it has been many moons since i walked a cobblestoned street in germany. i was in a small city called worms. i studied at the university of heidelberg, the rest of my military time i cannot talk about. top secret stuff then and i will... jp2007: Winnipeg is a great city
It's better than Vancouver groovehouse: thanks guys! Nik: Great pic of the main stunt in Dante's Inferno! jack: there was a dance pavillion and before that there was one on the boardwalk, and how many people do you know who say, 'broadwalk' it should be, 'boardwalk' there are boards on the walk but when the service men came to coney in the 30's and 40's they saw girls... Peter: "narwal" is a good name to go with a submarine... jack: your phone picks up good quality touches, did any of you noiser's ever park off the belt parkway in brooklyn and listen to cousin brucie and watch the submarine races in the verazano channel. jack: wo, is that from a canon rebel? know wonder its a great shot. jack: is that the planet earth in the distance, we should send a ship there to explore new planets and go where no man has gone before. ladyhughes: Now I'm really REALLY homesick! joey: dunno Catherine Penfold-Waxman: That's a very wolfie doggie.
Good luck with the new camera. Looks like you're off to a good start! Catherine Penfold-Waxman: Jack, my heart is always warmed by your writing.
EvilG's paypal button is a really good idea, too. John Dereszewski: It is hard to imagine how anyone can misinterpret the last 30 years of Bushwick's history more than BDweller did in his comment. To believe him, Bushwick endured decades of neglectful Planned Shrinkage followed by a few years of galloping gentrification that is pushing the poor out of the community.... WhereAmI?: In the picture W7, you're looking north over the Cambie Street Bridge at the Downtown core. The big white bubble on the far right is BC Place Stadium, where the BC Lions football team plays. The building immediately above it that looks like the top of the Space Needle is... jack: totally mag! this is a great shot. nice doggy. jack: joey i was just out there in southern ca. jack: did someone run over that face? jack: the tree! has a bookmakers quality, like children's black outline playing on a dark blue background. jack: i like that old building next to the newer ones. jack: once upon a time, an aging man, was left home, alone, his wife had gone off to work, his children all at their places and with their families, and this old man, well older gentleman, and not evil, was browsing the web for photos of new york and wound up... EvilGentleman: Oh, I almost forgot. Scroll back up to the top of this page. See the clipboard on one side and the text on the other? I want to be able to do that here.
And concerning potential editors, I forgot to mention grange, the always present, ever thoughtful grange. chiamattt too.... joey: this is one nice photo. beautiful colors. fuzzytank: I come here because there are no profiles, and I dont think the addition of optional profiles would make the citynoise experience better. I like the feeling of any body can throw in anything they think is interesting and it adds to a bigger mass instead of a post count.... upfromflames:
this is my daily walk, but it looks so different today. CE: I actually like the blue skyscraper in the background. It's quite an interesting building compared with most of the other skyscrapers in the city. I'll have to take some pictures of it since I bike by it every day. The Emporis page has some interesting info and... CE: Whoa, that's way more than I thought, How do you find that out?
I just emailed you back. I had gotten the email this morning but didn't have time to respond. EvilGentleman: Oh, CE... check your email. And I never realized you had 104 posts, wow, what a lot, considering you were gone for a while, too. CE: Thanks, it brings both my names under a single name so they're all together which is great! I even used to have trouble spelling the second name I had when I was using a computer that didn't have it saved in my cookies. Thanks Peter! EvilGentleman: Nice new name, CE. A lot easier to spell, too. chucky from va: you are the best photgrapher I have ever seen in my life. I feel realy sorry for the people who was in the storm. my great grandma and me said it was the jackpot 20,000,000 for my science projaect. me and my great grandma and my freinds nicolas, michaela, casey would like... upfromflames: oh yes, do get rid of those hot topics.
