Over the past month, I have visted Bushwick several times and traveled through the Bushwick Initiative target ares. I was struck by the solid state of the... jack: joey,, you and i,, we know. meryl: I was surprised (but not shocked) to learn that Bushwick has the most rent stabilized apartments in all of the city.
