Do you know locations where I can find such a vending machine in Mississauga (except the one in port Credit)? Kitty: I am a military brat who was born in Japan. My early years were spent in public bath houses, and not the type you hear about in San Fransisco. This is where you soak in a big bathtub made for twenty. Men and women bathed in the same waters,... joey: amen to that Julie Hill: Found this site by accident. It's great. Russell Smith how the heck are you. You probably don't remember me but we went to Cadishead Infants and junior school together then you moved away.I no longer live in Cadishead but visit regularly. My mum has a lot to do with the local... CE: What a wonderful set of pictures! I MUST get to New York sometime very soon! Maybe I should buy a tent, scrap my trip to Vermont and just get on my bike and go right now! Brad: Oh man, I love Brooklyn. Each time I visit New York City, I like Brooklyn more and more. Not sure why, it might be a combination of the reputation, the culture and just so many nice looking buildings, and you can get great views of Manhattan. Maybe I'll move there... CE: The anarchist thing had a picture of a yellow star with the Calgary Flames logo over top of it with a hammer and sickle placed inside the logo. Underneath is said Marxist-Lannyist. It's a play on words, Lanny McDonald was the captain of the Calgary Flames at one... CE: You probably won't want to know about the great pleasure I occasionally take in dipping my french fries in mustard then. I actually don't like ketchup, I haven't since I was very very young (probably around four years old) and found some weird white chunk of something in the... Here is Third Avenue, once a vibrant street full of shopping and dining (New Yorkers, think Steinway Street, Fulton Street, Roosevelt Avenue). The Gowanus Express, the southern leg of the BQE, arrived in 1941.
The west side of the street abounds with enormous warehouses that stretch all... Sarah from MN: Yes, in Minnesota we eat a lot of lefse. In fact, my hometown has a Lefse factory and it is good stuff! You are the seemingly improbable middle ground who understands it all and says it well. I just wish we had heard from you earlier. If you have the time, I hope you would be able to come out Saturday, August 11, for a collaborative... Brooklyn-Pete: Bushwick is not the worst neighborhood in Brooklyn, it's definately no Park Slope but it is not as bad as some would have others believe. Summer is half over, everybody! CartLegger: I should note here that this society--St. V d' P-- run the most badassingest thrift stores in God's Kingdom. Perhaps that's why Vincent is a St.? CartLegger: I've been using a mini-tripod as of late, and its helped me much in this regard. They fit in a bag and can be ready in just a sec. And they make your camera feel a bit more stable when you are taking pictures on the move. CartLegger: Yeah, man. I love my in-laws.
I could post lots of the places they've gotten me into, from hotels to restaurants to b'way shows. Wise of you to marry in such a direction. And fun! I hope your partnership is a great one!
