Previous Day :: Next DaydT: Blaming white people for gentrification is pointless; capitalism is the real problem. Exploitation will continue to exist as long as our corporatist economy exists.
Also, if you are white, stop complaining about being harassed.
Even if you are white and poor, you should thank god every morning that you... aer suzuki: wow, what a shot... justinp: Nice pictures of flowers MatE! I thought I was the ummm...weird, one! Eros 1 : Sever AM7? colavitos ghost: are these pictures distorted or was my ckicken salad sandwich a little too old? colavitos ghost: that last one is straight nasty! was seattle on that list of world's greatest skylines? if not, i say put it on there. A. Gene Punckbowee: I got your email and was kind of puzzled by it. But after doing a Google search on Gouranga found this. I guess it'd be more interesting to yell Gouranga instead of Serenity Now while in traffic. If anyone else hears you, they won't know what it... Sarah: I have grown up in Dallas... a not so boring town. I am attending OU and would like to tell you that you are not able to get the "life" of norman until you leave the interstate. Norman is more than you have seen, and I only know this because... Peter: nice! id love to see some updates and context too. Chris Erb: I'll go out with my camera this weekend and look at the building a bit more and show the area around it to give it some context. it's also much further along now than when this was posted. Peter: indeed. heres a few more examples:
an aquaintence just bought the laundromat place, and is putting a neighborhood gallery in that storefront, which should be nice... Peter: you know, thats a good point. it does look fresh-ish, under the tarp... i should have written my name in it! Peter: me too; one of my favs, actually. in their last game, team Ketchup put their front-man, Salt-Shaker, on offense against Greasy's star, Onion Ring. After that, their all star defender, Beer, went in for the final score. It was a top notch game if you ask me... jamie: you have some real tacky shopfronts around prospect heights jamie: maybe that concrete's drying jamie: Catherine Penfold-Waxman: That's my kind of team. Peter: a great empty reference from an industrial section of brooklyn, where i had to go to get my impounded car back (dont ask):
Peter: whether its the "box-store fad", "urban sprawl" or "houses on big lots", many people tend to dislike homogeny... you know, where everything starts to look just like the others... rows of stores or suburban homes, stacks of prefab condos, etc... Bezink: Personally, this is a great addition to that area. I would love to see the downtown core rejuvenated. It's far better than the mess they are making at the top of the hill. The fact that people would be willing to pay a pretty substantial price to be... Peter: citynoise: celebrating insobriety since 2002! Catherine Penfold-Waxman: You have to be sober to post? Now you tell me. Peter: my lovebird bites! Chris Erb: I always thought the Space Needle was right in the middle of downtown but the last picture makes it look like it's quite a ways away. mellisa7: Expose ROBERT OPPEL! ernz- nowar/rbk: wow!
