Peter: DUDE. this is great! classic citynoise post! the little paragraph at teh top really sets an interesting mood for the photos. i particularly love this photo: the one of the staircase down into the station looks almost identical to many nyc subway stops.

joe griggs: The two buildings are not projects,they are regular apartment buildings where regular working people live.Back in the 70's they were considered luxury apartments where a few of the Philadelphia celebrities could be found living and partying.Northgate 1 and Northgate 2 they are called.
