Payaso: I used to live near Mozart and Bloomingdale and the neighborhood used to be dangerous, but a lot has changed and now it seems people feel pretty comfortable jogging and bike-riding-- even at night. As far as the gangs,it's unfortunate that Puerto Ricans still need to live that life....
