elaine: nice picture, by the way. elaine: controversial, that is, before the spelling police arrive elaine: there is an argument that 'elepahant and castle' is a corruption of 'el infanta de castille' and that this was where a mistress of charles 1st lived. it's a contraversial theory, though. www.worldwidewords.org/qa/qa-ele1.htm adam: youre obsessed dude adam: open photoshop. open this file then open the option for "levels"..notice theres 3 triangles under spikey lines? move the right most triangle until its atleast touching some black (doesnt have to be spikey). then these dark photos will be a thing of the past jeeff: haha jamie, i agree! i also love long shots of central park. the huge green rectangle surrounded by skyscrapers looks really utopian. jeeff: i've seen squads of bike cops out on the most bitterly cold days of winter. it must take some serious stamina to work outside (on a bike) in weather like that. jeeff: great composition. i always want to shoot photos when it rains, but all the water splashing around makes it so tough. any tips? jeeff: it's hard to judge what will prove popular on citynoise because often the comments for a given article become as much a draw as the original article itself (photos, writing, whatever). i think that collaborative effort to add value is an important part of this site. an impossible child: who was she? (doubt she lived in a council estate, eh? :) ) Antoine.G.Abdallah: always and in every-trip to Alexandria .I fee full respect . John: Too bad drug addicts steal the clothes from those bins to buy drugs, I already called the Oasis bank to report this problem at the 555 Sherbourne location.
Even the person in charge of the clothes pick up goes thru all the bags to see what he can pocket for himself,... Tony Mitchell: YOU KNOW I HAVE'NT BEEN BACK HOME TO WHITEHAWK SINCE THE 80'S READING THAT JUST BROUGHT BACK A BUNCH OF FORGOTEN MEMORIES elaine: home of el infanta de castille, allegedly jeeff: pkto.ca/ jeeff: thanks! GGP: I so appreciate the kind words here--for me, it has been such a dream come true to have a place to share the sights that delight me with other people (a worldwide crew, no less) and to be able to engage in the kinds of conversations this site promotes...and then... jamie: that 1st one is the moneyshot. it's like a game of simcity jamie: ewok house! jamie: ewok houses! jamie: doens't look like england. where in englad is there a wellington anyway? i'm not disputing that their is but i for one have never heard of such a place. Billy: Having lived in both the USA and England, let me tell you a few things.
Both countries electoral systems are fucked! None has real proportional representation. And in terms of laws probably both have an equal amount of shit and great laws.
When it comes to crime the British media likes... elaine: i love his eyes, and also the way he is talking out the side of his mouth like a gangster out of an old movie elaine: meh - i am resigned. some for the gallery, some for the hardcore, whatever. every communication meets it's ear, i hope. i have not trawled through my postings but my plus populaire have to be sixy trolls (because of the name) and the burned out car.

No worries, jack, I figured out very quickly that you are a decent gentleman-type, so I knew that you were not criticizing. I was merely making a play on words. Sorry if there was... These pics were taken around 3 AM along the service road to Autoroute 20, which becomes Highway 401 and eventually I-94. No pedestrians at that hour.
